Refund policy
At Candy Streetwear, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. In line with EU consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU and its Hungarian implementation), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
You are entitled to return your order within 14 days after delivery. We will refund the full purchase price once the item is received back in its original, unused condition.
How to Return Your Item

Notify us of your intention to withdraw by sending an email to candystrtwr@gmail.com

We will send you a prepaid return shipping label – Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back using the label provided.

Once we receive the returned product, we will issue your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you originally used.
Important Notes

The 14-day withdrawal period starts on the day you receive the product.

Returned products must be unworn, undamaged and in resalable condition.

For hygiene reasons, products with sealed packaging (e.g. underwear) cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only (private individuals). Business purchases are handled on a contractual basis.
