Refund policy
At Candy Streetwear, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. In line with EU consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU and its Hungarian implementation), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
You are entitled to return your order within 14 days after delivery. We will refund the full purchase price once the item is received back in its original, unused condition.
How to Return Your Item
Start your return within 14 days of receiving your order on our Returns Portal. Enter your order number and email address and select the items you want to return.
Choose how you would like to be refunded:
• Paid by card: choose refund to card – the amount is refunded automatically to the card you paid with.
• Paid by cash on delivery (utánvét): choose refund to bank account and enter your bank account number (or IBAN) and the account holder's name. We will transfer the refund to this account.We will send you a prepaid return shipping label – Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back using the label provided.
Once we receive the returned product, we will issue your refund within 14 days: to your card for card payments, or by bank transfer to the account you provided for cash on delivery orders.
Important Notes
The 14-day withdrawal period starts on the day you receive the product.
Returned products must be unworn, undamaged and in resalable condition.
For hygiene reasons, products with sealed packaging (e.g. underwear) cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.
The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only (private individuals). Business purchases are handled on a contractual basis.
